We have the deepest expertise in freight and logistics, where we've built dispatch automation systems, carrier integrations, and real-time tracking modules for clients managing thousands of shipments per day. We also work extensively in manufacturing — particularly furniture, industrial components, and food production — where the challenge is usually connecting a patchwork of legacy ERPs to a modern, AI-capable operational layer.Outside of these verticals we've delivered projects in B2B SaaS, financial services, and professional services. How we work
We run lean, focused project teams — typically one senior architect, two to three engineers, and a delivery manager who owns the client relationship. No account managers passing messages back and forth. The people building your system are the people you talk to.
Every project starts with a fixed-scope discovery phase before we commit to a full implementation. This protects both sides — you get a detailed architecture proposal and effort estimate before signing anything significant, and we make sure we fully understand the problem before we start solving it.
We work in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each cycle. You always know exactly where the project stands.
