FreightTech (Gdynia, Poland) builds an open global trade logistics operating ecosystem on Open Mercato modules. Led by Sebastian Wróbel (General Lead, 20 years in shipping) and Wojciech Bakłazec (Tech Lead), with Weronika Rochacka Gagliardi (Service Design Lead) and 15+ contributors from Hapag Lloyd, LPP Logistics, Port of Gdańsk Authority, and ROHLIG SUUS Logistics.

An Air & Ocean Operating System — capacity planning, shipment orchestration, delay prediction, and exception management, with AI-powered document processing, rate comparison, and shipment matching. Modules for booking, scheduling, procurement, and document handling that forwarders and vendors can assemble, adapt, and extend themselves.
