Full Stack House is built around one idea: one senior engineer working end to end ships what a classic agency staffs five people for. No PM tax, no handoff chain. The founder brings 20+ years building serious, long-lived systems — a 20-year-old C# SaaS modernized without a rewrite, a Polish job platform at ~40M monthly page views, a court-booking app holding 4.8/5 across 2,000+ reviews.
What we do
We're open-source-first: instead of building from scratch, we start from Open Mercato and tailor the last stretch to the client. We're core contributors, not just users — 135 merged pull requests across 92 repositories, 20 of them in Open Mercato itself.
Our specializations
- Groomershop — consolidated a 500k+ orders/year e-commerce back office into one order-management system spanning ERP, WMS, marketplace, and payments
- Edube — an education platform with an adaptive tutor, knowledge tree, assessments, and real-time voice tutoring on a multi-tenant Open Mercato base
- Covo — a backend and mobile API for an eSIM travel wallet: multi-currency ledger, family pooling, provisioning, and per-country VAT
