The Good Code is a founder-led platform development agency based in Gdańsk, Poland, with 25+ specialists across Poland and Portugal — 80% senior engineers and architects, no juniors. Founded in 2021 by Maksymilian Piatkowski (CEO) and Michał Witkowski (COO).
What we do
We take end-to-end ownership of a project — strategy, architecture, engineering, and support after launch — without the usual handoff between teams. Two certified practices: CPQ on Elfsquad for manufacturers, and AI-native CRM/ERP on Open Mercato, where we're also an open-source contributor.
