About
the.good.code; is an Open Mercato implementation partner for companies with real operational complexity: manufacturers, regulated operators, healthcare and senior care operations, logistics teams, and enterprise software companies. Founded in 2021, we are a senior team of 25+ across Poland and Portugal. We work as advisors and builders: we understand the business process first, then decide what should be built, configured, integrated, or left alone.
What we do
We advise on, build, and implement AI-native CRM and ERP systems on Open Mercato, CPQ and product configuration workflows, custom modules, and LLM-based workflows. Most of our work sits in the hard, specific part: business logic, approvals, permissions, integrations, edge cases, and process-specific interfaces. As an open-source contributor to Open Mercato, we help shape the platform itself and know its internals deep enough to extend the core when a client's process demands it.
