TraceCore is an MRP system for food and pharmaceutical manufacturers, built by BGW Pharma and tested on its own live production of premium supplements before being rewritten on Open Mercato for the wider market.
What it does
Production planning ties together recipes, task management, and material consumption tracking. Warehouse management covers locations, stock, expiration dates, and inventory audits. Sales operations handle customer orders, quotes, pricing, and tax. Supplier and carrier management runs CMR workflows end to end — all on one shared system for operators, production managers, warehouse, and sales teams.

Food and pharma manufacturers often run on spreadsheets that don't connect supplier LOTs, recipes, production tasks, material consumption, expiration dates, and shipment documentation — a gap that turns into audit and recall risk the moment something goes wrong.
